Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on job satisfaction among nurses, focusing on key HRM dimensions such as payroll management, work-life balance, training and development, and reward and recognition. Using a primary data collection method through structured questionnaires, the research analyzed responses from One hundred and one nurses in Chitwan. The findings revealed that HRM practice has a positive impact on job satisfaction among Nurses, showing that well-structured HRM strategies enhanced both the satisfaction levels of nurses and their overall Performance; were used by using Jamovi software The study highlights the critical role of Fair compensation, opportunities for continuous professional development, and robust Employee relations in fostering a supportive work environment. It also underscores the need for healthcare organizations to prioritize HRM practices tailored to address the specific Challenges faced by nurses. These insights provided valuable guidance for HR professionals and healthcare administrators seeking to enhance job satisfaction and organizational Performance, ultimately contributing to a more resilient and efficient healthcare system in Chitwan.
